Backdrop in the Georgian Terrace Hall

The Woman in the Arts Panel Luncheon was today and I took this quick shot of the finished backdrop in the beautiful Georgian Terrace Hotel Hall. It was a very inspirational event.

Here is the freshly finished backdrop for Synchronicity's Woman in the Arts Panel Luncheon I have been working. It was fun making a Klimt-ess painting at this huge size (9ft x 17ft). This morning I added all the Atlanta area arts organizations to finish it off and carry the theme of the Panel Discussion. I can't believe that there is a total of 126 organizations just here in the Atlanta area thats main focus is arts. I will grab a couple of shots during the luncheon and post so you can see it in the hall.

Backdrop Painting

Been working on a backdrop for Synchronicity's Woman in the Arts Panel Luncheon. Here is a link to the info about the luncheon: http://www.synchrotheatre.com/season/women-in-the-arts-panel-luncheon. It should be a very interesting and fun panel. The below pictures are just the start of the painting. The backdrop is 9 ft tall by 17 ft wide. Going for a Klimt-ish look for the finished piece. I will post pics of the progress.

The Christmas That Almost Wasn't

This past holiday season, I costumed a great children's musical "The Christmas That Almost Wasn't." It's based on the poem of the same name.
