A few months ago I had a project come in where the client needed a gun made out of ice for a photo shoot. My first thought was to go the vacuum forming route, but after I did a little research I didn't think I could get the level of details I need for a close up shot of the gun. So I decided to go with a mold and use actual ice. Below are a couple of shots of the molding process ending with the finished mold. I ended up making around 6 ice guns since I knew they wouldn't last long under the lights. I did however make a clear plastic gun to stand in so the photographer could get the lighting just right.

Finished Snowman
A few months ago I posted the beginnings of a snowman I was building for a photo shoot and I never posted the completed snowman. Below is the skeleton frame that was in the original post and below that the completed snowman used for the ad.
