Holiday Stocking in August!

This week I've been working on a holiday image for an advertising campaign set to run in late November early December. The first pic is the simple dimensional form I built to use as a guide to construct the stocking around. Since I am building more then one, this will also help me make them the same size. The second pic is the form mounted on a tripod. This will help me get a feel how the stocking will hang while I am building it and make it easier to construct because I will have access to all sides.

Flu Bug Monster

A while ago I built a flu monster for a print ad. The challenge was not making the monster to scary and more whimsical. Here are some behind the scene shots ending with the finished ad. Super fun and creative project!

Rope Words

The last few days I have been working on creating words out of rope for a photo shoot. It has been fun manipulating the ropes to make them look natural so they don't appear altered to much. Below is a quick picture of the start of the project.
